Celebrate World Oceans Day on the beaches of Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse NHS.
For the third consecutive year, as part of World Oceans Day celebrations, come join us for a full day of engaging ocean-themed programming, hosted by Parks Canada interpreters, the Southern Resident Killer Whale outreach team, and our many esteemed partners including Ocean Wise, Peninsula Streams, and the Capital Regional District.”
The waters around Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites are home to a diverse array of marine species. Canada’s network of protected areas plays an important role in protecting and restoring healthy, resilient ecosystems which contribute to the recovery of species at risk.
Drop-in programs, information booths and games will be offered.

Cost: Regular admission ($9 adult / $7.50 senior). Free for youth 17 and under.
