SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9 – 5/10 km PT 031 Walk: Oak Bay Recreation Center, 1975 Bee Street, Oak Bay V8R 5E6. Meet inside the Recreation Centre, near the washrooms at the rear of the main floor. Registration opens at 9:30 am and closes at 9:55 am. Walk begins at 10:00 am. Contact is Beverley at 250-598-4316. Beverley has selected Route A. The 10 km route – rated 3C – winds through the lanes, alleys and trails of Oak Bay to and from the top of Gonzales Hill for wonderful views. The 5 km route – rated 1B – visits many of the same lanes and alleys but does not climb up Gonzales Hill.
