SATURDAY, JULY 20 PT 350 Walk (rated 2BH/3C): Meet at Francis/King Regional Park, Munn Road, Saanich V9E 1H7. Registration is 9:30 am and closes at 9:55 am. Walk starts at 10:00 am. Both the 5km and 10km routes start walkers around the Elsie King accessible trail then onto the network of forested trails to explore old growth trees and lush rain forest. Parking is limited so please consider carpooling. If the parking lot is full, there are a few spots further down Munn Road. Contact is Sandy at 250-812-0303.
Driving directions from Victoria:
– take Hwy1 N from Victoria, leave at exit 10
– at fork keep right to Burnside Rd W, TL at Prospect Lake Rd sign
– TL at Munn Rd sign, TR into parking lot at Nature Center sign
