Older adults are encouraged to learn more about portable technology – smart phones, laptops & tablets.
All questions and levels of experience welcome. Free – advance registration required (details below).
We can also help you determine which portable device or apps would be best suited for your specific needs.
Why is it important to learn how to use portable technology?
Developing your digital literacy skills and knowledge on using a smart phone, tablet or laptop can help you:
– Increase your confidence in using technology
– Build up resilience and brain health by learning something new
– Stay in touch with family, friends and caregivers
– Maintain your independence
– And much more!
