Grounding

Grounding – or sometimes referred to as Earthing – involves being in direct physical contact with the ground. A variety of gadgets can help you ground yourself if the weather is cold, but an easy and FREE way to ground yourself is to simply connect with the ground by standing or walking on grass or sand. Grounding is something that pretty much anyone can implement in their lives without much effort.

You may have heard people refer to a person as being “grounded” or having a “grounding presence.” Grounding connects your personal energy to the energy of the Earth. Feeling your feet on the ground provides a connection between your past and your present and helps keep you in the here and now.
